My Life of Riley
Confession: I was an overweight, sweets-craving, cranky cop. Working midnight shift, I ate morning, noon and night. I ate during work to stay awake, and ate at home to go to sleep. Within 3 years I was 30 pounds heavier, and the Sam Brown gun belt was T.I.G.H.T.
A fellow officer asked me if I’d like to know about living more healthier. (Did he notice my weight gain?) Yes, sir, I did!
I began with the smoothees, and within a few days my cravings ceased. Within several months the 30 pounds was gone, and never to return.
